- This is a tracker tag with built in find my, similar functions as Apple. I It is for IOS users, it isnot compatilbe with Android users. It is without a monthly scription fee. Works with Apple Find My, Easily add the tracker tag to the “Items”tab in the Apple Find My app to track and locate your wallet, luggage, backpack, or other valuables.
- 【Real-Time Location Tracking 】 – See your belongings location anytime in the Find My app. Ideal for travelers who want to keep an eye on luggage during baggage claim. For example, it will be helpful to show the real time location of the luggage when you are waiting for the baggage claim at the airport. You could see the luggage move through airport terminals, and it will give you peace of mind knowing where everything was, especially during tight connections and baggage delays.
- 【Left-Behind Alerts】 Get instant notifications on your smart Phone if you accidentally leave the tracker tag (or your belongings) behind. Lost Mode: Receive automatic notifications when the tag is detected in the Find My network. Privacy Built-In: Anonymous and encrypted communication, no location data or history stored on the tag.
- Anti-Lost Functionality: Ring the tag within Bluetooth range using the Find My app. Find Items Far Away: Leverages the vast Apple Find My network to locate items beyond Bluetooth range.
- Here we have a tracker that works with Apple’s Find My ecosystem. It comes with the battery already installed, plus a lanyard, spare battery, tiny screwdriver, and extra screws. To turn it on, just press the front for 5 seconds. To power it off, press the button five times quickly. Pretty simple.
- Pairing is just as painless. After turning it on, press the button twice to enter pairing mode. Then on your iPhone, open the Find My app and add it under “Other Device.” It popped up right away and paired without any trouble.
- Tracking through Apple’s Find My network works as expected. It doesn’t have a UWB chip like Apple’s AirTags, so there’s no precision finding - no arrows pointing you right to it - but it does show you the general location. The “Play Sound” feature works well. It’s surprisingly loud for something this small.
- The battery is a standard CR2032 coin cell, the same kind AirTags, and including a spare one in the box. Replacing the battery is easy: just unscrew the four tiny Phillips screws (they’re laptop-style screws), pop the back off, and slide the battery out to the side. It’s easy to service, and including extra screws along with the screwdriveris a nice touch.
- This tracing tag is coming with a nice gift box, so it is a good idea to send it to the one you loved.
- One thing to be aware of, for first-timers, is that when you add this for iPhone using the Find My app, use Add Other Item (not Add AirTag). The SMART CC Airtag Compatible Item Finders offer a convenient and reliable way to track your belongings using the Apple Find My network. Its privacy features, long battery life, and easy-to-use functionality make it a valuable tool for anyone prone to misplacing items.
