Treat Them With Love. Lazy Dog Cookie Company created Bitscuits to expand their love for dogs to the care of horses. These all-natural horse treats are simply made with just eight high quality human-grade ingredients. They make the perfect horse biscuit for horse training, equine therapy, horseback riding or as a wholesome stall treat for horses in your barn or after grazing in the field. These small pocket-size and bite-size equine treats can easily be stored in your tack room, box or trunk. They’re perfect for the riding ring, horse shows, gymkhanas, rodeos, racetrack, trail, barn, training, leading or everyday rewards. Our horse cookies also make a thoughtful gift for the horse lover or equestrian in your life. These vegan treats are made just for horses and 100% wheat free, soy free, corn free and dairy free. Bitscuits are as healthy as homemade, with a list of ingredients that’s deliciously simple: purely barley, oats, alfalfa, canola oil, dried cherries, flaxseed, vanilla and ground peppermint leaves. All the foods horses love in one crunchy heart-shaped horse cookie. Rich in anti-oxidants and omega fatty acids, these peppermint fruit snacks are great for horses’ digestion, shiny coat and daily health. Keith and Amy are the founders of Lazy Dog Cookie Company. Since 2001, they’ve been baking yummy dog and equine treats. In partnership with the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation Second Chances program, this Saratoga Springs based company’s Bitscuits serve a greater cause. Not only do these tasty biscuits nourish real horses. They also benefit the Second Chances program.
