- CHARCOAL FILTERS: Highly absorbant with excellent ventillation, each end of a Savinelli charcoal filter has a heat resistant ceramic cap.
- 6MM FILTERS: Most Savinelli pipes have either a 6mm or 9mm filter system. These charcoal filters are for wood pipes with a 6mm opening.
- CHANGING THE FILTERS: To take apart your Savinelli pipe, rotate clockwise and gently pull apart. Remove the filter, clean the wood, then slide a new filter into place. To reassemble, rotate the stem clockwise and gently push back together.
- SAVINELLI QUALITY: Founded in 1876, Savinelli is well known for their convertible balsa system, allowing pipes to be used with or without a filter.
- THE SAVINELLI STORY: The Savinelli story starts in Milan, Italy in 1876 when Achille Savinelli Sr. opened one of the world’s first stores and began first designing pipes, utilizing the same machines, techniques, and strategies still employed today.
