Popia Snow Hat

A four letter word we can all get behind, let it snow, let is snow, let it snow is the message of the Popia Snow Hat! Since the mid-1950s data shows winter has contracted, from 76 to 73 days. Estimates are that the life cycle of textiles (including laundering) accounts for 6.7% of all global greenhouse gas emissions, so Popia is creating their hats using certified organic wool from New England producers, and hand manipulated knitting machines. The little bit of scrap wool left over is even composted, for a full, environmentally sound, circle. A medium gauge knit with a soft, itch free, texture, the Snow Hat is about 8” tall for a one size fits most fit. Complete with a pom on top and a nice double-knit cuff for cozy around the ears this is a hat to stave off the worst of winter’s chills in cushy comfort. When the snow starts to fly and the temperatures drop, there’s nothing like having the proper piece of headwear to keep the cold out and the warmth in. With the wool construction and the roomy fit, you’re sure to get all you need in terms of comfort and style. Snow is a magical substance that evokes a whole lot of feelings and emotions for a lot of people. The protection from the snow is equally important as the enjoyment of it, and the Popia Snow hat allows for both.
