- WHAT TO EXPECT: A passive grounding mat — no batteries, no powered electronics, no app. Many people describe a subtle sense of calm that builds with regular use; others feel little at first. Grounding rewards consistency, not intensity — fifteen minutes a day matters more than thirty once a week.
- 24" x 16" — SIZED FOR REAL LIFE: Use it under your feet at a desk, beside a chair, or at the bedside. Conductive carbon surface with non-slip rubber backing keeps the mat in place on hard floors, carpet, or under a desk chair. Wipes clean with a damp cloth. 1.1 lb — rolls up when not in use.
- 15 FT CORD — REQUIRES A GROUNDED OUTLET: Connects to any properly grounded 3-prong outlet via the included cord. Most U.S. homes built after the early 1960s qualify; older homes and rentals may not. If you are unsure, have a qualified electrician verify before use. Without a proper ground, the mat cannot function as intended.
- HOT HAVEN, SAN DIEGO — SINCE 2019: We started as an infrared sauna studio and built our wellness tools line for everyday rituals — simple routines you can repeat, not one-time "magic." We design products we use ourselves.
- EVERYDAY ROUTINES: Use it during morning email at your desk, while reading on the couch, or under the sheets at night. The 15-foot cord reaches across most rooms; the mat lays flat on hardwood, tile, or carpet. Treat it as part of a routine — not a single-use experiment.
