- Patented Product - Unauthorized imitation will be legally pursued.
- Dual-Leg Anti-Kickback System – Our upgraded two-leg design keeps your workpiece from shifting during cuts—tested to resist kickback until forces exceed 45 lbs. Whether on a router fence, band saw table, or table saw sled, this setup ensures smoother feeding, stable positioning and consistent pressure, prevents unwanted shifts.
- Universal Fit for Standard Miter Slots - Includes 3 mounting hardware sets to fit 3/4" x 3/8" T-slot and U-slot systems. Whether you're using a miter slot bar, slide rail, or adjustable fence, our featherboard mounts securely to most table saws, router tables, and sliding rails.
- Quick Lock & Micro-Adjustable Setup – Installs in seconds using adjustable ergonomic knobs and locking mechanism that fits snugly in most miter slots to ensure reliable feed control. The silicone-padded base enhances grip while allowing small, precise depth adjustments up to 5.1 inches. Fast, tool-free installation for woodshop or at a contractor saw setup.
- Flexible and Durable Feather Arms - Made with a PVC+ABS blend at 80A hardness, these flexible arms hold their shape while flexing just enough to absorb pressure. They’re perfect for high-frequency material feed and resist cracking, warping, or wearing—even with heavily repeated use.
- Better Than Plastic or EVA Feather Arms - Unlike stiff plastic that can scratch your workpiece or soft EVA that lacks control, our non-marring feather arms hit the sweet spot. By applying steady pressure, they reduce vibration, improve cutting precision, ensuring cleaner cuts and a controlled forward-back feed motion during woodworking tasks.
- Replaceable Feather Arms for Long-Term Use - Only the feather arms wear out over time—and they’re part of a modular design. You can easily replace them without removing the full featherboard, keeping your saw table accessory functioning like new.
