Building on the FA-1's success, Alco extended the FA-2's body to accommodate an optional steam generator, making it versatile for both freight and passenger service. This release offers 'what if' passenger and freight versions in popular paint schemes, along with prototypical ones like Erie Lackawanna and Louisville and Nashville units featuring Hancock air whistles. For a touch of whimsy, consider Halloween and postwar-inspired USMC units. Each AA set includes two powered units, both with smoke, lighting, and sounds in the lead loco, ensuring your consists are filled with power and sounds.
- Dual Motor System: Two powerful motors for enhanced performance
- LED Illumination: Energy-efficient lighting for visibility
- Smoke Effect: Fan-driven smoke for realistic operation
- Legacy/Bluetooth Control: Versatile control options
- Non-Operating Couplers: Designed for display purposes only
