- While these may look like they’re for squats, they’re actually for reverse step ups and ATG Split Squats.
- Yep, they can be used for squats, but the need for these ATG Buddies was the fact that Slantboards are not quite ideal for reverse step ups and ATG Split Squats, which are core knee rebuilders in the ATG system, particularly for ATGers with different levels of pain and ability between sides.
- Over a decade into my knees over toes journey, I think now more than ever that these two exercises are a cheat code for long-term knee bulletproofing and athletic longevity.
- It’s an added bonus that they’re so easy to travel with, but even in a gym setting, they’re the best tool for their intended jobs.
- They come with their own carrying case to make traveling with them even easier.
