This knife was made to be harder, last longer, and cut more powerfully. It has an elegant design that combines the subtlety of rounded lines, along with the comfort and simplicity of its handling.
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool. Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
- ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
